What is
DTF Printing (Direct-to-Film)
DTF, or Direct-to-Film printing, is an innovative technology that allows designs to be printed directly onto specially coated PET films. The DTF Printing
Process
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a multi-step process that involves printing designs onto a special coated PET film, which is then transferred onto fabric using heat. Here’s a quick overview

Design Creation
The design is created and prepared using RIP (Raster Image Processor) software.

Printing
The design is printed onto a special film using a DTF printer with high-quality inks

Powder Coating
After printing, the film is coated with a special adhesive powder that sticks to the ink.

Curing
The film with the adhesive powder is then heated to cure the powder, ensuring it bonds to the ink.

Transfer
The film is placed onto the fabric, and heat is applied using a heat press to transfer the design

Peeling
The film is removed, leaving a vibrant, durable print on the fabric
