How to Use the Gang Sheet Builder

Step 1: Select Your Sheet & Upload Designs

• Choose the gang sheet size that fits your design(s) and quantity.
• Upload high-resolution PNG files (300dpi) with transparent backgrounds (any white areas will print).
• Colour border warning: If your image has a red or black border, it may not print at optimal quality.

Step 2: Arrange & Adjust Your Designs

• Use built-in tools to rotate, align, trim, and preview your designs on different backings (transparent/grey/black).
• Set exact sizing: Aspect ratio is locked by default—unlock it to customize width/length.
• Duplicate images easily:
  • Manually duplicate designs or use Auto-Duplicate to specify quantity and spacing.
  • The system alerts you if designs overlap or if you need a larger gang sheet.

Step 3: Finalize & Order

• Adjust the quantity of your gang sheet before saving.

Critical Guidelines for Best Results

✅ Must-Haves:

• Transparent backgrounds only (white backgrounds WILL print).
• 300dpi resolution for sharp, high-quality prints.
• 10mm outer border for clean cutting/peeling (default margin: 0.5mm).

❌ Avoid These Common Mistakes:

• Do NOT mirror artwork—it will print as uploaded.
• Remove shadows/gradients (they do not print in DTF).
• No alcohol-based cleaners—DTF Inks will smudge. Clean only with soap & water.
