The UV DTF Printing
Process
UV DTF printing is a multi-step process that involves printing designs onto a special film, which is then transferred onto any hard substrate by peeling of the sticker from the adhesive film. Here’s a quick overview

Design Creation
The design is created and prepared using RIP (Raster Image Processor) software.

Printing
Print the design onto a direct transfer film, starting with white ink, then color ink, and finally varnish

Laminate
Apply a PET film over the direct transfer film and use a laminating machine or press it manually

Apply
Peel off the lower adhesive surface and paste the pattern onto the desired material.
