Delivery & Collection Options
At Buzz Branding, we want receiving your order to be as convenient as placing it. Choose from two delivery options:
To Your Door
Have your order delivered directly to your home or business address.
PUDO Locker-to-Locker
Have your order sent to your selected PUDO locker for collection. Please collect within the timeframe stated in your collection notification.
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your completed order has been handed to the courier, estimated transit times are:
- Major centres: 1–2 working days.
- Other locations: 2–3 working days, depending on your area.
These estimates are for courier transit only and do not include artwork preparation or production time. Remote areas and unexpected courier delays may require additional time.
Our Commitment to Your Order
We use an independent courier service, so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. However, our commitment to you does not end when your parcel leaves us. We’ll always strive to dispatch your completed order promptly and assist with courier follow-ups if a delivery is delayed.
Please check your delivery address, selected locker and contact details carefully at checkout. If you’re ordering for a particular event or deadline, contact us beforehand so we can discuss the timing.
