How to Order from Buzz Branding

From your idea to a finished result

Ordering from Buzz Branding begins with one simple question: do you need printed transfers to apply yourself, or would you like us to help produce the finished branded items?

If you have your own garments, heat press or products, you can order DTF transfers and UV DTF decals through our online gang sheet builders. If you want Buzz to supply clothing, source a particular product or manage the complete branding process, send us an enquiry and we’ll help build the right solution.

Choose the path below that best describes what you need.

I need DTF transfers

Order printed transfers for suitable T-shirts, hoodies, bags and other fabric items. Upload your designs, arrange your gang sheet and apply the transfers using a suitable heat press.

I need UV DTF decals

Order custom decals for compatible hard surfaces such as suitable bottles, tumblers, glassware, packaging and promotional products. No heat press is required for application.

I need finished branded products

Ask Buzz to supply or source apparel and other suitable products, apply the branding and provide the completed order.

First, choose what you want us to produce

DTF and UV DTF may have similar names, but they are made for different applications.

DTF transfers are primarily intended for suitable fabrics. They are commonly used for clothing and textile items and require controlled heat and pressure for application.

UV DTF decals are intended for compatible hard surfaces. They are transferred using adhesive and application film rather than a heat press.

If you want completed T-shirts, hoodies, workwear, activewear, caps or other branded products, start with a custom branding enquiry. Tell us what you need and whether you already have the items. We can assess customer-supplied products or help source suitable options through our supplier network.

How to order DTF transfers

Choose this option if you want Buzz to print the transfers and you will apply them to suitable fabric items yourself.

  1. 01

    Prepare your artwork

    Use the clearest original artwork available. Check that each design is sharp at its intended printed size and that unwanted backgrounds have been removed. If you want the fabric to show around the design, the surrounding area must be genuinely transparent.

    Check spelling, colours and fine details before uploading. A gang sheet builder can position and resize your image, but it cannot restore quality missing from a small or blurry original.

    Read the DTF Artwork Guide

  2. 02

    Choose your sheet length

    Open the DTF gang sheet builder and select from the available sheet sizes or lengths. Choose an option that gives you enough room for all the transfers you need.

    One of the advantages of Buzz Branding’s builder is the ability to select from flexible sheet lengths. This means you can choose an available length suited to your artwork instead of automatically paying for more unused film than you require.

    Current DTF builder limits: printable width 580 mm; available lengths 500–5,000 mm@if ($dtfStep) in 2 mm steps.

    @endif
  3. 03

    Upload and arrange your designs

    Add different designs, repeat the same logo or create several sizes on one sheet. Set each design to its required physical dimensions and arrange everything inside the printable area.

    Leave enough room between designs so they can be separated after printing. Do not judge size by the appearance of the on-screen canvas alone; check the measurements displayed in the builder. You can also upload a ready-made gang sheet if your layout is already complete.

  4. 04

    Review the complete gang sheet

    Before adding the sheet to your order, check every design for size, spelling, orientation, quantity and image quality. Confirm that nothing overlaps or extends beyond the printable boundary.

    The layout you approve is the layout submitted for production, subject to Buzz’s published artwork and production terms. The builder can warn about low effective resolution or missing transparency, but it does not rewrite soft artwork for you.

  5. 05

    Add to cart and complete checkout

    Add the completed gang sheet to your cart and proceed through checkout. Confirm your name, email and phone number, then select a fulfilment option and payment method.

    • You can check out as a guest or create an account to save details for later orders.
    • Card payment is available via Yoco.
    • Direct bank transfer / EFT is also available; banking details are emailed with your order number as the payment reference. Production starts after funds are confirmed.
    • Fulfilment options currently offered: Collection, Courier delivery, PUDO locker. See also delivery and collection.

How to order UV DTF stickers and decals

Choose UV DTF when you need printed decals for a compatible hard surface. Before ordering, measure the available branding area and consider the product’s material, finish, colour and shape.

  1. 01

    Check the intended surface

    UV DTF generally performs best on suitable smooth, clean hard surfaces. Textured, porous, flexible, heavily coated or unusual surfaces may behave differently.

    If you are unsure about a product, test the actual item before ordering a large quantity. Buzz cannot assume that every product described as glass, metal, ceramic or plastic has the same surface coating or adhesive compatibility.

  2. 02

    Prepare and size the artwork

    Prepare clear artwork at the intended printed dimensions. Make important text easy to read, strengthen very fine details and use genuine transparency where you want the product surface to show through.

    Measure curved or tapered products carefully. A large wrap may be more difficult to place smoothly than a smaller logo or separate design elements.

    Read the UV DTF Artwork Guide

  3. 03

    Build your UV DTF sheet

    Choose an available UV DTF sheet length, upload your artwork and arrange the decals within the printable area. You can combine different designs, sizes and repeated logos on one sheet.

    Check the physical measurement of every design against the product on which it will be used.

    Current UV DTF builder limits: printable width 280 mm; available lengths 500–3,000 mm@if ($uvStep) in 2 mm steps.

    @endif
  4. 04

    Complete your final review

    Confirm spelling, quantities, dimensions, spacing and placement. Check whether areas in the artwork are intended to print white or remain transparent.

    The screen preview is a useful layout guide, but it is not an exact physical colour proof.

  5. 05

    Place your order

    Add the completed UV DTF sheet to your cart and complete checkout using the same payment and fulfilment options offered for other online transfer orders.

    When your decals arrive, follow the application and care instructions supplied for Buzz Branding’s UV DTF materials. Do not assume that a decorated product is dishwasher safe, microwave safe or suitable for direct food contact unless Buzz has expressly confirmed that application.

How to order finished branded apparel

If you want completed garments rather than transfer film, send Buzz Branding a custom apparel enquiry.

We can discuss T-shirts, hoodies, athletic and gym clothing, jackets, board shorts, hats, caps and many other suitable items. You may supply the garments yourself, or ask us to source suitable options through our local and international supplier network.

If a particular item is not normally kept in stock, tell us what you are looking for. We can investigate sourcing options based on availability, quantity, required date and budget. Learn more on the custom printed apparel page.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

    Include the type of garment or product, approximate quantity, required sizes, preferred colours, branding positions and the date by which the order is needed.

  2. 02

    Send the artwork

    Include your logo or design if it is available. If the artwork still needs to be created, cleaned up or prepared for production, mention that in your enquiry so the required design work can be considered separately.

  3. 03

    Choose supplied or sourced items

    Tell us whether you already have the garments or want Buzz to source them. Customer-supplied items must be assessed for their fabric, finish, condition and suitability before production is confirmed.

  4. 04

    Review the quotation and proposal

    Buzz will consider the products, quantities, artwork, branding requirements, availability and production work needed. The quotation should clearly identify what is being supplied and any important assumptions or exclusions.

  5. 05

    Approve the order

    Check product descriptions, quantities, sizes, colours, artwork and branding positions before accepting the quotation. Production should begin only once the required approval, artwork and payment conditions have been met.

Need something different?

Not every branding project fits neatly into an online product builder. You may need a product sourced, artwork developed, a combination of services or advice on the most appropriate way to create the result.

Send us a description of the project, the approximate quantity, your deadline and any artwork or reference images you already have. If you are unsure of the production method, tell us about the finished result you want rather than trying to choose the technical process yourself.

Buzz can then advise which available service is most suitable or investigate sourcing and production options for a custom quotation.

Discuss Your Project

Information that helps us process your order

Providing complete information at the beginning helps us understand your project, identify potential artwork or product issues and prepare an accurate order or quotation. A simple online gang sheet checkout only needs the contact and fulfilment details shown at checkout; the checklist below is especially useful for custom quotations.

  • Your name, business name and contact details.
  • The product or transfer type you need.
  • The required quantity.
  • The finished size of each design.
  • The garment or product colour.
  • The material or fabric composition, if known.
  • Clear, high-quality artwork.
  • The required completion or delivery date.
  • Whether you need delivery or collection.
  • Whether you are supplying the items or asking Buzz to source them.
  • Any special placement, packaging or branding instructions.

Your final order check

Custom printing is produced from the information and artwork supplied with your order. Before submitting a gang sheet or approving a quotation, take a moment to check:

  • names, telephone numbers and website addresses;
  • spelling and punctuation;
  • design quantities and dimensions;
  • garment sizes and colours;
  • whether the background should print or remain transparent;
  • that the correct product was selected;
  • that your delivery and contact details are accurate.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact Buzz immediately and quote your order number. Changes may not be possible once production has begun. Contact us.

After your order is placed

Once an online order has been successfully submitted, you should receive confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout. Custom quotation orders follow the approval and payment process stated in the quotation.

If there is a problem preventing production—such as missing information or an obvious file issue—Buzz may contact you for clarification. Responding promptly will help avoid unnecessary delays.

When the order is ready, it will proceed according to the delivery or collection option confirmed with the order. Signed-in customers can also review order history in their account.

Ordering questions

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest with your name, email and phone number. Creating an account is optional and lets you save details and review past orders later.

Can I combine DTF and UV DTF products in one order?

Yes. The cart can hold more than one gang sheet line, including DTF and UV DTF items together. Prepare each product in its own builder, because the artwork, sheet limits and application methods differ.

Can Buzz prepare my artwork?

If your artwork needs background removal, resizing, recreation or design work, contact Buzz before placing the production order. Artwork services may need to be quoted separately and can affect turnaround time. Start with the Artwork Guide for self-prep tips.

Can I change an order after payment?

Contact Buzz immediately with your order number. Changes depend on whether production has started. Custom-printed work cannot automatically be altered once it has entered production.

Can I supply my own clothing or products?

Yes, you may ask Buzz to assess customer-supplied items. Acceptance depends on the material, coating, construction and suitability for the intended branding process. Confirm the items with Buzz before delivering or sending them.

Can Buzz source products that are not normally in stock?

Yes. Tell us what you need, the approximate quantity, your budget and required date. We can investigate options through our supplier network. Availability, price and lead time must be confirmed before the order is accepted.

How long will my order take?

Production time depends on the service, artwork readiness, quantity, sourcing requirements and current workload. Online transfer production starts once payment and print-ready artwork are received. For custom apparel or sourced products, the expected timing is confirmed in the quotation.

Do you deliver throughout South Africa?

Fulfilment options shown at checkout are currently: Collection, Courier delivery, PUDO locker. Charges and availability depend on the option you select. See the delivery and collection page for more detail, or ask if you need help choosing.
