Custom DTF Transfers & Gang Sheet Printing

A gang sheet brings multiple transfers together on one length of film. Add several different designs, repeat a logo or arrange artwork in different sizes for different placements. For example, one sheet could contain small chest logos, larger back graphics and sleeve designs.

Our flexible-length ordering gives you a practical option when your artwork does not fill a full metre. Choose a suitable available length in the builder, arrange the designs within the printable area and review the complete layout before checkout.

DTF transfers are commonly used on suitable T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags and other fabric items. Many cotton, polyester and blended garments can be suitable, but fabric finishes, heat sensitivity and the shape of an item can affect the result.

If you are branding a new type of garment, test one item first. For hard products such as glassware, bottles or packaging, look at UV DTF decals instead; they are a different product with a different application method.

The quality of a transfer starts with the quality of the artwork. A crisp design at its final print size will usually produce a cleaner result than a small image enlarged to fit a garment.

For designs without a background, use artwork with genuine transparency. Check for stray pixels, faint outlines and unwanted white boxes. Keep important lettering readable and avoid relying on extremely thin or faint details. If colour matching is important for your brand, ask about a physical test before placing a large order: screen colours are a guide, not an exact print proof.

DTF transfers are applied to suitable garments with controlled heat and pressure. Use the pressing and peeling instructions supplied for Buzz Branding’s actual transfer film. Different films can require different temperatures, pressing times and peel methods.

For best results, start with a suitable garment and a heat press that delivers even pressure. Test unfamiliar fabrics or a new pressing setup before applying a large batch. Once applied, follow the garment’s care label and the care instructions supplied with your transfers.
